19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY BOWFRONT CHEST OF DRAWERS CIRCA 1830.
LATE GEORGIAN MAHOGANY CHEST OF DRAWERS OFFERING 2 OVER 3 DRAWERS.
THIS CHEST HAS SPENT MOST OF IT’S LIFE IN DENMARK WHILE WE DISCOVERED IT ON OUR TRAVELS. PLAIN MAHOGANY TOP WITH 2 PANELS ON EACH END. 5 DRAWERS WITH COCK BEADED EDGES, EACH FITTED WITH BRASS ROPE HANDLES AND KEYHOLE.
ORIGINAL COLOUR AND PATINA, STANDING ON BRACKET FEET.
EXPECTED SURFACE MARKS TO TOP SURFACE WITH VENEER CRACKS TO THE PANELS, BUT OFFERED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. MINOR SURFACE MARKS AND VENEER REPAIRS. AGE SPLITS TO SIDES BUT STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
