19TH CENTURY SWEDISH BURR BIRCH CHEST OF DRAWERS CIRCA 1870.
BEAUTIFUL QUALITY 4 DRAWER CHEST OF DRAWERS FROM SWEDEN USING THE TIMBER THAT IS PLENTIFUL IN THEIR COUNTRY.
BURR BIRCH TOP WITH MOULDED EDGING, BELOW WHICH ARE 4 DRAWERS OF EQUAL PROPORTIONS EACH VENEERED IN BURR BIRCH AND FITTED WITH AN ORNATE ORMOLU HANDLES WITH KEY HOLE.
STANDS ON 4 BLOCK FEET. RICH GOLDEN COLOUR AND PATINA.
SOME WEAR TO VENEER ON TOP SURFACE WHICH HAS BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED, MINOR SURFACE MARKS TO WOODWORK. RECENTLY RE-POLISHED AND READY FOR EVERYDAY USE.
