LARGE MID CENTURY SCANDINAVIAN WALL MIRROR CIRCA 1960.
GOOD QUALITY SWEDISH MIRROR, LIKELY TO HAVE BEEN MADE BY G&T BUT WITH NO LABELS.
MIRROR HANGS IN A PORTRAIT POSITION WITH 2 INSET FIXINGS ON THE REVERSE TO ALLOW THIS. CENTRAL RECTANGULAR MAIN BODY OF THE MIRROR IS FLANKED EITHER SIDE BY PARALLELOGRAM SHAPED MIRRORS, WHICH ARE HELD IN PLACE BY CHROMED SCREW IN STUDS, ALL PRESENTED IN A LIGHT BEECH FRAME.
SOME AREAS OF MINOR PLATE LOSS AND FADING WHICH IS TO BE EXPECTED WITH MIRROR OF THIS AGE, PLEASE SEE PHOTOGRAPHS. THIS IN NO WAY DETRACTS FROM IT’S USE AND ONLY ILLUSTRATES IT IS OF THE PERIOD.
